Single room for rent in modern second floor flat, furnished with a single bed and large wardrobe, although this can be cleared if you'd like to bring your own furniture (The room is big enough for a 3/4 size bed). The flat has a large shared sitting room, medium sized kitchen (white goods included) and small shared bathroom. There's also BT broadband. There is a private car park for the building, and Park Lane bus and metro station is a five minute walk away. With bills, the rent will be £350 pcm.
I'm a 28 year old professional female, I'm friendly, easy going, and quiet. I have a cat, so potential flatmates will need to be happy to share the flat with him too!
