2 rooms available within a 3 bed semi-detatched in Sunderland. Literally 2 minutes away from a bus stop with buses every few minutes that take you into town, this takes less than 10 minutes.
Newsagents and premier local shop 2 minutes away
Post office less than 5 minutes away.

The main room is the master bedroom which has a double bed and an in built cupboard, it also has a chest of drawers and a desk.

The smaller room is exactly the same but with a single bed, it will fit a double but it is a bit of a squeeze. The house itself is partially renovated but no construction work at present.

If a couple want to rent either rooms then there will be a £50 excess to cover the extra gas and electric bills.

All bills are included aside from council tax which would be your responsibility to sort with the council. We rest in band A.

Sky TV and broadband are included, along with use of a dvd player.
Full use of the house and back garden is available this also includes the fridge, washing machine and tumble drier.
