Double room, all bills included

The house is double glazed throughout, with off-road parking for two cars and a garden. It's a few miles out of the centre and is situated on a bus route and very close to a variety of shops.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, bookcase, two wardrobes and a t. v..

I am looking for someone who will do their share of the cleaning and fit in well with the people already living there.

I say all of bills are included, however the phone bill isn't and neither is gas or electricity which exceeds the amount it is set at now.

I am living away at the moment, but visit the house a couple of times a year.

Although I'm not in the house, I would ask smokers to either smoke outside or out of the back door.
