Single Room available in Roker Flat

Hi, looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroomed ground floor flat in a lovely part of Roker - close to the park, beach and with local shops nearby. The Stadium of Light metro is approx 10 mins walk, and and it's close to plenty of local bus routes. There is safe on street parking.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, a spacious sitting room, dining room, well designed and fully equipped kitchen, newly installed bathroom (with bath and shower) and a private back yard. The flat has Virgin broadband(very fast).
Whilst I like my own space, and would respect that of the person I share with, I consider myself to be a sociable and friendly bloke.
I'm not really keen on the idea of children visiting, so if you have kids, this is probably not for you.
Whilst I would prefer to share with a man over 25, I'm just looking for someone who is honest, considerate, and reasonably tidy.
