The house is currently being refurbished with new carpets, painted, new decking to rear and a newly fitted bathroom.
This property is perfect for the students who want to put their heads down and study as it is in a quite area with family houses around.
I will be paying all bills as in Gas, electricity and broadband for the property.
I have this property advertised else were for September start but I am willing to take short term leases too.
