Self contained flat with 2 separate double rooms.

This flat is for 2 people with 2 double lockable rooms.. One of the rooms is now let out to a student for the next academic year, so I am looking for another person to take the remaining room (student or young professional).The only shared rooms in this self contained flat are the kitchen and shower room.
The cost is £65/person/ week. Bills are included except for electricity which is individually metered to each flat and costs about £5/person /week depending on your usage. The bills included are, hot water, heating, virgin internet (100mb) free use of a washing machine and electric tumble drier (£1 /hour).
This is a quiet house, 400m from the university metro which I have successfully rented out for more than 10yrs. Decoration is to a high standard and the photographs attached give a sample of what the flats are like.
