Hi! I’m looking for someone friendly and tidy to rent the spare double room in my 3-bedroom house in Sunniside. It’s a 20 minute drive into Newcastle city centre or 40 minutes via public transport, with a bus stop outside the door - so really handy if you work or socialise in town.

The room is a good-sized double, fully furnished, with a built-in wardrobe on the landing. If you’d prefer, I can add a wardrobe into the room instead – totally up to you. You’ll also have access to a lovely, modern kitchen that was recently fitted, with full use of appliances and amenities and a recently decorated, cosy living room.

A little about me – I live here with my 1-year-old Cavapoo, Bert. He’s hypoallergenic, doesn’t malt, and is very well behaved (plus he’s not allowed in the spare room!). I work, go to the gym, love walks with the dog, and enjoy socialising over drinks, but I also appreciate chilled downtime. It’d be great to make a friend through house sharing, but I’ll always respect your space and privacy.

The house is currently on the market but if I found a housemate then I wouldn’t be proceeding with the sale so you’d have a settled home here ☺️
