Double room in modern house, available anytime

I’m Daniella a 35 year old professional, I am a live in landlord and I am re advertising one of my double rooms. Looking for long term lets but open to short term lets too. Room is available from now.

I have 2 pugs Herbie and Bouis, both are trained / behaved, very friendly and like a cuddle if you’re a dog lover.

I work Monday to Friday as a manager within the NHS (mental health nursing).

I am looking for a mature student / professional who is friendly and tidy, my home is modern and clean and there is room for two cars on the drive way, I have two sheds and additional room for storage with a south facing garden.

The location of my house is great as it’s situated near to the country park and local cycle routes if you’re active.
