The location is absolutely prime - a 2 minute walk from Tynemouth metro, bus routes, Front St bars/cafes and King Edward's/Long Sands Beach. There is a beautiful patio/garden out the back, which is shared with our upstairs neighbours.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher and ample storage. White goods are included in the house (washer and dryer).

As for me, your potential new housemate - I am an Australian traveller working full time locally. I spend most of my time cooking, reading, spending time down the beach and with friends.
