This is a first floor flat in the heart of Tynemouth in a Georgian terrace, with views. Bills are included. Available on a week by week basis.

It is a double room with small en-suite facilities, and a main bathroom with bath, down the hall. Full use of the flat, including lounge/diner/kitchen. Although I am listing it as a flat share, I will be working away most of the time for the next 2 months or so. Consequently would rarely, if ever, be sleeping at the flat. I will be around during some of the daytimes, looking after things a couple of times per week.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to stay, right in the middle of Tynemouth, within walking distance of the Metro, Tynemouth Market, beaches, and all the cafe's, pubs, and restaurants on the doorstep. It would suit a single professional who is looking for a home from home, with a view to sharing the living space some of the time with myself. I am a semi-retired female who lives a simple life. Definately no parties, just a peaceful space. The bedroom has: king size bed, built in wardrobes, drawers, desk, dressing table and chair. It is a spacious room with a high ceiling with a feeling of tranquility.
