1 x large double room with own bathroom (although the room is not ensuite) available now. The house faces the sea and your room has a nice outlook.
This is our home, so you'll be sharing the house with us as the live in owners....oh yes, and two miserable moggies. The room is a good size and has recently been refreshed. The main bathroom is next to your bedroom, and to be honest you'll have the main, primary use of it as we have the ensuite.
We are a reasonably quiet, professionally couple , working full time (m-f) and occasionally working away at weekends. At present, the wife is working away from home for the next few months due to work relocation.
We are very easy going people, but as this is our home we like to keep the house clean and tidy and would expect the house buddy to do the same, respecting each others space and cleaning, tidying shared spaces etc.
As you can see from the room pictures, your room has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers, big desk, and two open fresh windows. TV available if required. The house itself includes all mod-cons incl fridge (your own), dish-washer, outdoor drying area, washing machine, cooker, secure parking and is fully carpeted incl high speed broadband wireless internet connection. The house is in a great location and has loverly coastal views...great views, really nice area, great pubs and overlooks the Fish Quay - Fab for Fish n' Chips and the newly revitalised fish quay social scene- the house is only a 10min drive from Silverlink (Retail Park, Cinema etc) and only 10 minutes walk from Tynemouth Front St & 10 minutes drive from Whitley Bay. The nearest metro connection is North Shields which is a 10min walk away with direct links to Newcastle City centre in @20min - Rent includes all bills (gas/elec/council tax, TV licence, water etc). Excluding your own toiletries. If you drive, their is the availability of on street parking with temporary permit available for you to use before getting your own (or visitors parking at thd rear).
There is a rear storage shed available to store a bike, although no e-charging for a vehicle.
We are looking for decent, clean, tidy lodger/house buddy, who is reasonably sociable and genuinely decent and honest sort of person.
