Hello!

I've been hosting short term let lodgers in my house for over ten years. Ideal for people who may need a rolling contract, here for a set period of time for work experience at our many local teaching hospitals etc. I prefer to have people for short term lets, no term limit on how short short you can stay.

I'm Kerri, I live in a three storey, modern house with my very friendly dog Foxy in Walker.

Room 1 - Large room with King Size bed desk and view overlooking the Tyne and St James' park.

Room 2 - Large size single available with large integrated wardrobe and integrated desk with plenty of storage space. You also have fun magnetic chalkboard walls which you can draw on, and stick things to, as well as a whiteboard wall!

All bills included in price. The only exception to bills is if you choose to have a little heater running in your own room, there's a surcharge of £30 a month which is their average running

The living room isn't communal, but the kitchen is also a really large comfortable social place with a sofa and a dining table in there where you can relax outside of your room. Ground foor garden and roof terrace with the hot tub are also communal spaces to be enjoyed by everyone.

I have my own en-suite in my bedroom on the third floor, so the bathroom on the first floor, with a bath and shower would only be shared between you and one other person.

There is also a utility room on the ground floor which has a third toilet and sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

I'm not a party animal, and play a sport at a pretty elite level so I'm quite chill at home. So party animals, or people who like to make a lot of noise late at night this isn't the house for you! Also, for my own safety as a single woman, no overnight guests, which is why it's more suited for short term stays.

I tend to keep myself to myself at home, and give everybody living here they're own space too. That said, I am friendly, and happy to chit chat in kitchen etc. I have lots of interests including long walks with Foxy my dog, cold dips and roller derby.

Biggest selling point for the house is probably the hot tub outside on the roof terrace!

House has all the mod cons including:

- Hot tub
- Tumble dryer and wall mounted drying racks with dehumidifier for delicates
- Dishwasher, big American style fridge freezer.
- I clean all the communal areas once a week and take out the bins, but you'll need to clean your own bedroom and bathroom.

We're a ten minute walk from the Tyne bar and Ouseburn, and everything that has to offer, and we're the last estate on the outskirts of Walker before you hit Tyne Bank Brewery. It's a lovely modern estate that hasn't been adopted by the council so there are private street cleaners who also eradicate weeds etc. There's plenty of on street parking. We're also 60 seconds away from Walker Riverside, a big green trail with views over the Tyne which is where I walk Foxy every day.
