Short let avail in modern house w/ hot tub £550

Hello!

I've been hosting short term let lodgers in my house for over ten years. Ideal for people who may need a rolling contract, here for a set period of time for work experience at our many local teaching hospitals etc. I prefer to have people for short term lets of max 3 months, no term limit on how short short you can stay.

I'm Kerri, I live in a three storey, modern house with my very friendly dog Foxy in Walker.

Large size single available with large integrated wardrobe and integrated desk with plenty of storage space. All bills included in price. The house is really warm as it's so new, and I put the heating on once a day in the mornings in the really cold months. The only exception to bills is if you choose to have a little heather running in your own room, there's a surcharge of £30 a month which is their average running cost.

You also have fun magnetic chalkboard walls which you can draw on, and stick things to, as well as a whiteboard wall!

I work from home and ideally looking for people to join the household who predominantly work / study outside the home.

The living room isn't communal, but the kitchen is also a really large comfortable social place with a sofa and a dining table in there where you can relax outside of your room. Garden and roof terrace with the hot tub are also communal spaces o be enjoyed by everyone.

I have my own en-suite in my bedroom on the third floor, so the bathroom on the first floor, with a bath and shower would only be shared between you and one other person.

There is also a utility room on the ground floor which has a third toilet and sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

I'm not a party animal, and play a sport at a pretty elite level so I'm a bit more chill at home. So party animals, or people who like to make a lot of noise late at night this isn't the house for you! Also, for my own safety as a single woman, no overnight guests during your short term stay.

I tend to keep myself to myself at home, and give everybody living here they're own space too. That said, I am friendly, and happy to chit chat in kitchen etc. I have lots of interests including long walks with Foxy my dog, cold dips and roller derby.

- I clean all the communal areas once a week and take out the bins, but you'll need to clean your own bedroom.

We're a ten minute walk from the Tyne bar and Ouseburn, and everything that has to offer, and we're the last estate on the outskirts of Walker before you hit Tyne Bank Brewery. It's a lovely modern estate that hasn't been adopted by the council so there are private street cleaners who also eradicate weeds etc. There's plenty of on street parking. We're also 60 seconds away from Walker Riverside, a big green trail with views over the Tyne which is where I walk Foxy every day.
