Short term let available for August - single room

I'm Kerri, I live in a three storey, very modern house with my very friendly dog Foxy in Walker and another Spanish lodger.

The room is a single, modern room again with lots of storage fitted wardrobes and a desk. All bills included.

I work from home and the living room is my office which is the only reason i don't list it as communal :)

The kitchen has just been renovated and includes a shared chillout space with sofa and duning room indtead.

Room comes furnished.

I have my own en suite in my bedroom on the third floor, so the bathroom on the first floor, with a bath and shower would only be shared between you and one other person. There is also a utility room on the ground floor which has a third toilet and sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Also a large cupboard in the hallway for you and the other lodger for shoes and coats.

I'm not a big party animal, and play a aport at a pretty elite level so a bit more chill at home. So party animals, this isn't the house for you! No guests allowed.

That said, I am friendly, sociable and outgoing with lots of interests including long walks with Foxy my dog, cold water dips and roller derby.

Biggest selling point for the house is probably the first floor roof terrace with views out over the Tyne River!! We also have a garden downstairs available for use.

House has all the mod cons including:

- Tumble dryer and wall mounted drying racks for delicates
- Dishwasher, big American style fridge freezer.
- I clean all the communal areas once a week and take out the bins, but you'll need to clean your own bedroom.

We're a ten minute walk from the Tyne bar and Ouseburn, and everything that has to offer, and we're the last estate on the outskirts of Walker before you hit Tyne Bank Brewery. It's a lovely modern estate thay hasn't been adopted by the council so there are private street cleaners who also eradicate weeds etc. There's plenty of on street parking. We're also 60 seconds away from Walker Riverside, a big green trail with views over the Tyne which is where I walk Foxy every day.
