Two double rooms in a 3 bed house

Double room 1: Furnished with bed, wardrobe and drawers. Double room 2: Furnished with bed and wardrobes. The final bedroom is small and is used for me if I come back over to Newcastle. I am currently doing a secondment in Liverpool, I have a dog that may also come and visit.

The house consists of a large sitting room/dining room with TV (inc sky), dining table and chairs and two three seater sofas. There is a kitchen and downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a smaller spare bedroom as well as a good sized, recently refurbished bathroom.

There is a garden to the rear and side of the property with a shed and outdoor seating.

Parking is available on the street in front or in the cul de sac at the rear.

Close to bus routes into the centre of Newcastle or a 10 minute drive. Very close to the river and the Hadrian's Way cycle route.

I've put a maximum of 9 months but this is open to negotiation. The rent is also negotiable for the right person.
