I am a live in landlord and sometimes work away from home Monday- Friday but not always, usually in Newcastle. Once I got to know the tenant if they were willing to help with my two extremely well behaved dogs when I am away I’d do a great deal on rent- they go out with a dog walker every day it’s just so they wouldn’t be left alone over night if I was to work away and they don’t always need someone there during the day . I am very chilled and outgoing. Just looking for a nice clean and tidy tenant who are looking for a place to call home who are also animal lovers. If I was called away during the week it does mean you’d have the house to yourself too.

I am also happy for a well behaved and house trained dog to come with you

I’ve been living on a farm recently in a house share myself and helping them with their dogs and other animals and it worked great.
