Looking for lodger to rent a room

Currently seeking a working professional to rent a room in my home.

Double room on ground floor, currently all unfurnished but will happily buy a bed and mattress for you.

Also on the ground floor would be a sunroom (with garden access) you will be able to make as your own living room. Shower room with W/C (also yours) and joint access to utility room.

Shared kitchen and shared storage space in all cupboards in the house.

I am looking for a working professional who is quite chill as I work quite a lot and just enjoy relaxing when I am home. I have 2 cats so an absolute must for any potential lodger would be a cat lover, I am happy if you also have a cat/cats of your own.

Rent would be £550 per month with all bills included. I would ask for £550 deposit upfront and this would also act as your first monthly payment.
