Chilled male seeking easy going friendly flatmate

I’ve a room(s) available in the 3/4-bedroom house I currently rent due to flatmate moving away for work, the house is a 2-minute walk from the metro and about 5/10 mins from town.

I’m easygoing and chilled but also pretty clean. I love cooking, exercise, music, films, and exploring. Ideally, I’m looking for someone likeminded who wants to hang out.
I work
As a telecoms engineer across Newcastle, normally Monday-Friday during ‘normal’ hours.
The house is spread over two main floors (almost three), so much rooms for activities

On the ground floor there’s my bedroom, the living room, and a large kitchen equipped with everything you need—pots, pans, air fryer, coffee machine, juicer, blender, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and more. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with chairs and a TV too.

Upstairs, there’s a bathroom and toilet on a sort of half-floor. The top floor has three bedrooms, two of which would be yours: a medium-sized room with enough space for a king-sized bed, plus a small-to-medium room that’s ideal for a dressing room or walk-in wardrobe. The third room on this floor is currently a shared gym/office space, available for us both.

Our rooms don’t share any walls, so you’ll have a peace & quiet whenever you need it. Outside, there’s parking and both front and back gardens.

The rent is £385 for your half, with bills bringing it to around £550 all in. My current flatmate made the decision to move out last minute for work, so I’m hoping to find someone soon to settle in asap! More pictures are coming soon.
