Cosy Furnished Double Bedroom

I have a double bedroom to rent in my colourful and cultural home in Wallsend. We are right by the metro so it is convenient for getting in and out of Newcastle in less than 15minutes. The room would include shared use of the bathroom and kitchen/dining room, living and garden/patio area.
The room is a cosy bright space, furnished with a king size bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bureau which folds down as a desk. The room overlooks an inner courtyard shared between houses with green space available for communal use. There is parking available a short walk to the rear of the property. Bills are included (this includes WiFi, water, gas and electric on a fair usage policy).

My name is Simone, I am a creative and socially engaged person and I would love to share my home with someone who shares these values. I have a fairly non-regular schedule between my work, activism and cultural/social activities, but I would be happy to share meals and activities with a lodger now and again, and equally am happy to have my own space most of the time.
You would be expected to clean your own room and keep communal areas tidy and left as much as possible as you found them.
