There is a large double bedroom room available as well as two living room all fully furnished. This is not a HMO so there would only be two people living here including yourself so you would have your own living room if you wanted some privacy.

There is fast fibre optic broadband available as well as you usually amenities i. e. washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher etc. The price £650 per month, I would be open for monday-friday lodgers.

My friend is moving out as he has bought his own place so not actual set in stone date yet. Although estimate around end of August at the latest.
