I am a live in land lady but I'm unable to alter the heading.
My home is a 3 Bedroom terraced house in a central location. Well maintained; double glazed, cavity wall insulated, GCH, fully furnished.
Shared use of kitchen which has cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and breakfast bar area; it is expected that food and drink will be consumed only in the kitchen area/no food drink in bedrooms.
Shared bathroom with over bath shower as well as bath; it is expected that the area will be cleaned after use, no hair dye to be used in the building at all - yes there has been previous issues.
The bedroom is recently refurbished and simply decorated, clean and tidy, plenty of storage space via built in wardrobes, bed and all linen.
Small front garden that gets sunshine all day when its fine.
Rent covers all utilities; unlimited broadband, reasonable use of gas and electricity, TV licence, council tax etc.
Suitable lodgers will be clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of the landlord, property and neighbours. You tidy up after yourself.
I am currently looking after my sons small dog, her owner passed away and my son is unable to take care of her at present.
No smoking or alcohol within the premises; it is expected that you will participate in sharing with the cleaning of shared areas.
