Friendly couple with 2 lovely clean rooms, single room is available 11th August 270 pcm . Double room available 325 pcm 11th August 2020 no bills or council tax to pay, room recently been decorated.
we have good bus routes and a park n ride 1 mile down the road 3 miles from Durham 2 miles from Houghton le spring. A friendly couple who are easy going , we have had a number of females staying in our home and all enjoyed there stay. we always give respect and privacy , looking for clean and respectful people thank you ,our home has central heating, use of washing machine, microwave, cooker, small fridge, and some kitchen facilities and fibre optic broadband . please ring or leave a message if your interested thank you
