Room to rent, nice house close to town centre

The room available is a double fully furnished room with a double bed, a set of drawers and wardrobe. It is at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

We have unlimited broadband and sky plus, there is also a television point in the room so feel free to bring a tv.

Me and my partner live in this house with our two small dogs. We are very friendly and just thought we should put our spare room to good use. We have lovely neighbours and we live in a really nice street.

The area is nice and we live very close to whitley bay centre. There are several bus stops within a 5 minute walk, where busses run easily to the silverlink business park, north shields, Tynemouth and Newcastle etc. There are also at least two metro stations within 15 minutes walking distance and a small shopping area is only 10 minutes walk away where there is a spar, sandwich shop, hairdressers etc.

Basically we have a spare room and are looking for someone fairly tidy and friendly to rent it :)
