Furnished room in lovely big house

I have a large double room, furnished. It's south facing so gets lovely sun all afternoon. Access to own bathroom. Brand new kitchen. Living room, dining room and plenty of storage. A shed out back for watersports gear.

I'm full time working out the house, go to the pub quiz every week and enjoying surfing and being by the coast.
