Double room in quiet house for rent Whitley Bay

After a relationship breakdown I am seeking a flatmate to move in. I am 33, non-smoker with two very adorable fluffy cats and an abundance of lint rollers.

I am a Regional Head of Sales for a luxury hotel brand and so am away 1-2 nights per week. I work Monday to Friday, leave early in the morning and get back around 7pm most days. I am very easy going and tidy up after
myself, and do enjoy a big clean every Saturday. I’m definitely a morning person so whoever moves in should be as well. I don’t drink in the week and enjoy a bottle of wine and a take away on a weekend.

I am seeking a professional, female housemate who suits my lifestyle and of course likes cats. There is a 3rd room which could be turned into an office for anyone who works from home (though it would need furniture).

I am not posting photos at the moment as the room is not currently furnished, I intend of getting it sorted ahead of April. Can send photos of the room as it is right now upon request.
