Single room unfurnished

I am looking to rent this room on short term basis, suitable for season workers or off shore, or before finding permanent accommodations, etc. (can be flexible) The flat is little but it would be a good base, the location is quite central close to high street, metro and 2min. to the sea front and coffee shops… the single room is unfurnished at this moment, the flat is light and cosy and the kitchen, bathroom, living room are shared. There is no TV, or broadband or wifi. I use unlimited data contract via my mobile phone provider and it works great for streaming or hotspotting other devices. Viewing advised. I am a freelance so my working time is flexible and different week to week, sometimes remote sometimes away and I travel some too.
