Welcome to our home in a quiet, friendly part of Whitley Bay — we’re a busy, active household with a warm, relaxed vibe, and we’re looking for someone who’ll enjoy having their own private space while still feeling part of a welcoming home.

You’ll have a bright, modern self-contained suite with your own front door, shower room and kitchenette — perfect for someone who values privacy and independence. The room is newly renovated, warm, and thoughtfully set up with everything you need for comfortable day‑to‑day living.

On‑street parking is always available right outside.

We’re a professional couple who mostly work from home and are in and out with work, sport and general life. Evenings tend to be relaxed — home‑cooked food, a bit of TV, and winding down after a busy day.

We’re friendly and easy‑going, but we’re not looking for a “live‑together” dynamic. Think: a quick chat in the hallway, the occasional cuppa, and mutual respect for each other’s space.

One of the loveliest parts of the house is the garden — apple and pear trees, herbs, berries, flowers, bees, birds… it’s a peaceful, green space to enjoy when the weather’s good. The neighbours are brilliant too.
