The street is quiet and safe, shops are all within 2 walking distance, and the Whitley Bay metro station is also around 2 minutes away. The beach is a very short walk away.

This is the first time the property is being rented out to multiple tenants and comes unfurnished, however if the tenant requests it can be furnished by the landlord.

The house is generally quiet and calm.
