There are local shops and a large asda in gosforth which is a 5 minute drive.
Ideally i would like to share with easy going, friendly, clean and quiet flatmates.
The house is double glazed and centrally heated throughout. There is a large bathroom with a seperate shower.
I would like to be able to enjoy sharing my house with clean tidy and sociable flatmates whilst respecting each others privacy.
