Available on a Monday evening to Friday morning basis only.

Large double room in house with private bathroom. Large kitchen / living room shared with one other Monday to Friday lodger,, owner has separate kitchen.

Easy access to Alcester, Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding area.

Fully furnished with fresh towels and bed linen provided and changed if required.

Video a bit out of date, I need to renew! The room available is on the second floor with very large private bathroom., not shown in the video. So new lodger would occupy entire second floor.

The other lodger has accommodation on the first floor where the bath has indeed gone and i replaced with a walk in shower, much better. Also the gas fire in the kitchen living room is no longer functional.
