Large double room to let in house in village

We are a friendly, professional couple and let out a spare room on the top floor of our house. The room is large and has it's own bathroom with shower and bath also on the top floor, so very private. The room itself has plenty of storage space, a desk, TV, kettle, microwave, small sofa and a king sized bed. The house is a lovely 1860's town house on a quiet road decorated in a contemporary but cosy fashion.

We are looking for a lodger who wishes to stay with us Monday to Friday only. The cost includes all bills and a room clean once a fortnight. There is a kettle and microwave in the room, but the kitchen is a shared space for breakfast and to prepare an evening meal. We have a separate fridge and cupboard for you to store food.

The village of Alveston is just 3 miles outside Stratford, about 10 mins in the car, and close to the M40. There is a lovely welcoming village community with a local pub.
