Private Attic Double Room on Farm Property

A private converted attic space in rural north Warwickshire. The room can be furnished (as pictured) or unfurnished. There’s a shared kitchen/living space, living room, 2 family bathrooms (one shower, one bath) and garden (plus access to the lake). All bills included. We’re all quite social but privacy is respected. We’ve no preference as to occupation, age, sexuality etc, we simply appreciate respectful, tidy people that we can trust in our shared home.
