I have a 3 storey terraced property with the 1st and 2nd floors available for rent, comprising of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and garden. The 3rd floor is currently let to a gentleman and has it's own amenities and he only requires use of the bathroom and rear entrance. I would prefer to let the 1st and 2nd floors as a whole and would reduce the rent accordingly to £750 per calender month, bills included. The property comes furnished; fully-carpetted, beds, wardrobes, sofa and white goods.
