I am a teacher looking to rent out my spare room to a female lodger. My house is really well placed just a few minutes walk from Atherstone town centre, train, and bus station. Great links to A5, M42 and M6. Ideal for anyone working at Aldi or FedEx!
All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax, TV license, wifi etc.) The room is light and bright and well furnished. You would also have access to a shared (well equipped) kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, dining/tv room, and large sunny garden. Lots of parking on the street for a car. A cleaner comes once a fortnight. There is also space in the loft to store things like suitcases and winter/summer clothes.
I am quite easy going, clean and tidy (but not obsessive!) happy to chat but also like my privacy.
Monday to Friday/Sunday to Thursday let £350 a month.
