Newly renovated double room - all bills inc

I have a large double room in a freshly renovated house near to Nuneaton Town Centre. The room comes furnished with a double bed(storage underneath) smart TV, bedside cabinet with lamp and built in wardrobe. The room will be ready at the start of May.

I am looking for someone who will treat the house as if it was their own. I am a clean and tidy person and expect the same from you.
It is a quiet household due my busy work schedule I am not always home. I don’t smoke and I have no pets. I am looking to share my house with a FEMALE only.

The house is just a 15 minute walk away from the Train Station 🚉 and Bus station 🚌 in the Town Centre.

Coventry can be reached by 🚗 in just 20 minutes.

There are a number of amenities within walking distance such as the Co-op food store and Sainsbury’s.

Parking is available on street

Short term stays are welcome. Monday - Friday stays are also welcome minimum night stay applies.
