Single/double room available

I currently have a spare room to rent. In a terraced street. I will add more photos of room soon. It currently has a single bed that I would prefer to keep but if things are negotiable. There is also chest of draws also but no tv. I have broadband but do not have sky etc but that can be spoke about too.
I am very easy going and looking for the same type of person.
Shared living room but 90% of the time I live in my bedroom so this can be mainly your space
This place is rented so I need references to know that you can be trusted
I have 2 cats that are my babies. I am a vegetarian but I have no problem with meat eaters as long as you respect me also. I also expect you to clean up as you go and respect wishes that I have- again I am easy going though. It’s just a huge thing that we have mutual respect
