Pleasant double room in semi rural area

This is a competitively priced room for rent in a pleasant terraced houseshare located in the semi-rural area of Ash Green in Bedworth. It’s close to local amenities with good access to the M6. The Coventry Arena, Coventry city centre and Nuneaton are close by and there are bus stops to get to these locations easily right by the house. There are even fields and fishing lakes nearby. The property has a large drive way if you’re a car driver. We have really good neighbours too.

The room itself is spacious and has recently been redecorated. There is only one other housemate but he hardly uses the rest of the house and is very private. You’ll pretty much have the shared areas of the house to yourself in addition to the double sized bedroom which we are renting out. The kitchen has a washer dryer and dishwasher with a cooker, microwave grill, another separate microwave and a spacious freezer.
