Spacious room in semi-rural area

The house is close to local amenities. The bus stops are within a few minutes walk. On the road, are fields and fishing lakes. There is a large drive way if you’re a car driver. We have really good neighbours. There is a flatmate but he hardly uses the rest of the house and is very private and keeps to himself. A very large TV with Virgin and wifi. Although for ease all bills will be included as part of the rent, we will have ‘a fair usage policy’ as regards this. This can be discussed as part of the room viewing visit.
