We are offering the first floor of our home for two professional lodgers on a short term basis The accommodation is a Period Cottage with shared entrance to the front. It is fully furnished ,two double bedrooms, with a large lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, and conservatory with access to a shared garden. There is off road parking for two cars.
We are on a bus route and conveniently close to Junction 3 on the M6 and about ten minutes from the George Eliot Hospital Nuneaton.
Bills are included in the rent. Wi Fi is also available
We are a retired couple and live on the ground floor of the property and look forward to meeting prospective lodgers
