My home is a modern 3 bedroom house, close to the M6 motorway, in excellent decorative order and fully furnished. There is a large garden and two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The room is also fully furnished with new furniture and a t. v. port. There is use of a shared large kitchen, lounge and dining room.

I seek a professional working male to share my home, who is responsible to maintain the room in the manor to which it is let i. e. clean and comfortable. For this reason I shall require a character reference from the potential lodger's employer, prior to moving into their new accommodation.
