Plenty of space to park on the drive.

Use of dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer
Bathroom with bath, with shower over
Must be able to supply recent reference and deposit of £75 and two weeks rent in advance to secure room. (sorry for this but have been let down at short notice twice)
Rent payable at beginning of each week please.
Two friendly cats live here !
Sorry no smoking allowed in or outdoors, as I do not want to increase chances of cats escaping as they are pedigrees..
