Room To Rent - Flat - Bedworth

Small room to rent, can fit a single or double bed in there depending on how much room you'd like. All bills are included except from food which you will have to get yourself. Furnished with a double bed 5 draws, television and DVD player, fitted wardrobe which has the boiler in on the left (this isn't noisey). Parking to the rear, I accept pets as I am an animal lover. Do not accept DSS , has to be a student or a professional. The flat itself has 2 bedrooms, a large living area with large tele, all sky channels included, sky unlimited broadband. Kitchen with fridge freezer washer dryer. Bathroom with bath and shower. I am a friendly young adult who acts older than my years, I work a full time job from Monday to Friday 9-5 and do overtime a lot of the time.
