Housemate required

I live on my own with my daughter, and have a spare room so looking to rent out as housemate not long moved, it's spacious double room, has a bed and wardrobe in there, anything else wanted would have to bring yourself, bills are included, if you want virgin/sky in bedroom would have to pay multi room (I currently have virgin downstairs) and food would have to be bought by yourself.. Would preferably have female housemate but will have either, and would like a chat before hand..
Not too far from local amenities and bus stops m6 are both close by
