Double room to rent

Im renting out my spare room it's very big would fit a double bed easily, you have the roam of the hole house if you need. The bathroom is quite big and also a large garden for in the summer and all the bills are included. I'm a live in landlord I have a dog and I do smoke although trying to quit I still do smoke, I have a dog also but she's friendly and would be very protective if there was any disturbance in the garden or around the house she just likes a cuddle and would be your best friend.
