Double bedroom, in Bidford-on-Avon

Possibility to rent out whole place as a 1 bed apartment.
Hey, my place is a 2 bed apartment with conservatory and courtyard garden, which gets lots of sunshine in summer:).

It will be a shared living space, and bathroom.
The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished.
Off road parking

Would be nice to have dinner occasionally and watch a movie or go to the pub for a beer. Equally would be good if we can respect each others privacy. Also ideally someone who is fairly clean and tidy

I work shifts as a nurse so you would quite often have the place to your self on evenings/days when I am at work. And I would Like to be able to use the living space when I am not.

I’m 27, easy going, sociable. Would like a nice house mate :)
