I'm looking to welcome a warm and friendly professional to share this sweet house and garden, whether you work from home or at your workplace.

About the House:
This lovely home is located on a peaceful road in Bracken Drive, Bilton (CV22), just a stone's throw away from the high street and Lidl. It's conveniently close to Rugby Central and Rugby College, only a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. Free parking is available around the driveway, and no permit is required.

The Room:
A decent-sized, fully furnished double bedroom is available, featuring a standard double bed, chest of drawers, and a hanging rail for clothes.

Shared Amenities:
The house includes a spacious living room, a bathroom with both a bath and shower, and a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, microwave, and all other necessary amenities. Additionally, there's very fast broadband, and a 50" LED TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube Premium, and more.

There’s also a single room with a convertible single/double bed available for friends and family to stay over on occasion. However, due to space limitations, I’m unable to accommodate couples or long-term guests.

Rent and Terms:

Rent: £500 per calendar month (all bills included)
Deposit: One month's rent
Monday to Friday lets can be considered.
About Me:
I’m an electronic engineer working for a CNC machinery company. I’m often away during the week for work, returning home on weekends. In my free time, I enjoy running (I’m a marathon runner), going to the pub, watching Netflix, nights out with friends, hiking, and traveling.
