Large double room

Recently renovated large double room to rent in beautiful 5 bedroom property. Located in village of bulkington within short drive of Coventry and Nuneaton with public transport links to both. Currently the bathroom would be for your sole use and occasionally used by me when I am home (a few days a month) until my bathroom is renovated.

You will have use of the facilities of the house:
Outdoor kitchen, patio, large garden, ample parking space, large living room, dining room and kitchen with dedicated cupboard space. You are welcome to use these facilities to entertain in a respectful manner. There is virgin superfast WiFi.

Current occupants:
Myself: 32, male, doctor. Interested in rugby, food, woodwork/ metalwork, all things automotive. When I'm home I'll either be working on the house or in the garage. I'm around 1-2 weekends/ month
2: Mid 30s female. Relaxed, chatty works away most of the time.
3: My 61 year old mother. Retired police officer, arts and literature buff. She lives in a bungalow attached to the back of the house, spends all of her time on holiday, gardening or tending to the animals. No doubt she will try to feed you.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, once weekly cleaner of communal spaces. Cleaning of bedroom can be arranged at cost.

It really is a wonderful house which is there to be used. As this is a family house with professionals working shifts anyone interested in the room should ideally be a professional who requires CRB clearance for work: doctor, nurse, police officer etc (but all applicants considered) and be clean, tidy and respectful
