Balcony overlooking countryside can be accessed through upstairs room currently in use for storage of craft materials. The craft storage space we (the landlords in adjacent house) still need access to occasionally but the room includes a large desk which could be used by lodgers.

Price is £550 pcm per room plus metered oil and electricity. Sorry, no pets.
