Main Room For Rent with Ensuite and Bathroom

I am not here most of the time. I currently live alone. The flat is 5 years old. I have lived here for 1 year and am working away a lot of the time. I come back sometimes Monday to Friday, and sometimes just for the weekend. The flat will be yours most of the time, hence the higher cost per month.

It is a quiet area, and family friendly. There is a gym near by, shops, and restaurant.

Fully furnished, bedroom one has a double bed and ensuite, and built in wardrobe.

Bedroom two has a computer/office desk for working from home/gaming. It also has a sofa bed, darts board, and space for drying out your clothes.

Living room has a 49 inch TV, kitchen dining table, sofa, and gas cooker, oven, dish washer, fridge freezer, and plenty of food storage space.

The main bathroom has a toilet, sink, and bath tub.
