Double room

Here in the semi-urban village of Cubbington is a small double room available in a 3 bed-semi detached private house with a pleasant view.
There is a lovely recreation ground a short walk away, perfect for a walk or jog. A further walk beyond that is a post office + self shop, a small cafe, and an Indian take away.

Just a short walk across the the road from the house there is a petrol station and car garage. A few meters further along there is a Sainbury’s, local, the Rugby Tavern, and opposite there are other shops including a fish and chip shop

.. Parking is available on the drive but there is a frequent bus service and the stop is just about twenty paces away.
Warwick Uni is 15/20 min by car and Uni Bus is longer. JLR is 12 mile away and 20/30 min by car.

Facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Large back garden to enjoy use of. 5 minutes away is Lillington shopping area and Library, and Leamington Spa town centre. is very nearby.
