Double room to let in detached house in north Leam

We have a double room to let in a well presented and well kept detached property in North Leamington. Five minutes to local shops, take away's etc, 15 mins walk from town.

We would like a tidy sensible person to share our house, we share some of the cooking, cleaning gardening and essential shopping bills.
We have a large drive with plenty of parking space and a large garden for BBQ'ing.

We welcome friends and family to our house which is kept clean and tidy, we are proud of it and keep it that way.

No deposit required, however, you will have to contribute to the contents insurance (approx £55, per annum, payment on occupation, non returnable.
