Comfortable small double room in tranquil village

Looking for a quiet friendly professional lady to take on our spare double room with shared bathroom. The room has lovely views over a pretty garden and ancient orchard. There’s parking for one car. Shared kitchen fully equipped with Aga, induction hob and electric eye level cooker. Pets and my son also live here. We have dogs, a cat, poultry and goats.

Closest pub is the popular Howard Arms in Ilmington. Shipston on Stour is 3 miles away. Moreton im Marsh is 10 mins away. Stratford is 20 mins. There’s a bus stop opposite the house with routes to Moreton, Stratford and Shipston.

Would prefer a tenant on weekday basis i. e. Sunday to Friday but this is negotiable.

Superfast wifi included as well as all bills. Room has a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, desk and fitted wardrobe.
